A single location can serve many different purposes – but not every street can sustain a successful business, not every neighborhood is suitable for a nursing home and not every plot is ideal for a five-star hotel or spa. Over the years, I have advised clients on the most optimal positioning for new businesses, resorts, health centers, campsites, hotels, office buildings, shopping centers, as well as single-family homes that balance price, location and quality. My specialty is also the creation of joint ventures, where I combine investors, owners and developers into successful, mutually beneficial projects.
